The Root Center for Advanced Recovery is committed to keeping you safe while continuing to provide the services that you need. We are facing new stressors and continual change amid the COVID-19 pandemic; and in these uncertain times, taking care of your recovery is more important than ever.
Root Center has amplified safety and sanitization procedures across the organization; you will notice a range of new safety features when coming to our centers. Social distancing is practiced at all locations, and we have placed markers on the ground to help you stay six feet apart. Protective face coverings are required at all times. Our team members will screen you for symptoms, take your temperature using a touch-free thermometer, and ask you to use hand sanitizer upon entry into our facilities. Hand sanitization stations have been set up at all entrances. We will limit traffic in the main lobby and in other areas to reduce exposure. New methadone maintenance treatment (MMT) patients will be given a COVID-19 test upon admission into the MMT program.
We are offering a range of services, both in person and through telehealth. Your wellbeing is our top priority, and we hope that you do not delay getting the care you need. We will work with you to come up with an individualized plan that supports your health and recovery. Please contact your local clinic to discuss the best options for you.
Remember, if you are sick, or think you may have been exposed to the virus, please do not come on site. We are continuing to provide accommodations to ensure accessibility and safety for all patients. For additional information and resources, please call us or go to Rootcenter.org.
Thank you for choosing Root Center; we are proud to be a part of your recovery journey.
