Root Center Middletown Services

We utilize evidenced-based approaches in order to support you on your path to well-being. Our services include group, individual, and family treatment. We also administer Medication-Assisted Treatments such as Buprenorphine, Naltrexone, Naloxone, and others. For adults with Treatment-Resistant Depression (TRD) or Major Depressive Disorder (MDD), we also offer the revolutionary new medical treatment, Spravato®.

Additionally, we have Adult Day and Evening Intensive Outpatient Programs and a Partial Hospital Program. We also have Adult and Teen Medication Assisted Treatment, Ambulatory Withdrawal Management, Case Management, Connection to Community Services, Teen Intensive Outpatient Program and Partial Hospital Program, and Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation.

Our comprehensive team includes experienced physicians, nurses, counselors, and support staff. We are committed to your success and we collaborate closely with the community to support you and provide coordinated, comprehensive care. We accept most major health insurance plans.
