Root Center for Advanced Recovery welcomes new Director of Strategic Initiatives

We are thrilled to welcome Tracy Oni to the “Root” family as our Director of Strategic Initiatives. Tracy has over 12 years of experience working in healthcare in various capacities which include research, operations, process improvement and management. She is passionate about promoting health equity and reducing barriers to care while enhancing the patient experience. Some roles that she has held include: Project Manager at Columbia University Medical Center, Operations Manager at Community Health Center, Inc. and most recently an Administrator at Baystate Health/High Street Health Center. We know that Tracy will be a wonderful addition to the team to help develop strategic projects that will facilitate continued growth while forming partnerships in the community that will augment the services that we provide to our more than 5,500 clients.
