The Root Center is proud to offer a wide array of treatment services for both
adults and teens with mental health and substance use disorders. These services
can be accessed at our 10 clinic locations across the state.
OUR SERVICES
The Root Center focuses on the whole person, compassionately delivering comprehensive
mental health and substance use treatment. Using proven, evidence-based methods of
treatment, we meet the patient where he/she is and guide them to where they want to be.
INTENSIVE
OUTPATIENT PROGRAM
The Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) focuses on substance use disorders and provides non-residential treatment for individuals needing
more than once-a-week outpatient therapy.
MEDICATION
ASSISTED TREATMENT
The goal of Medication Assisted Treatment is sustained recovery and ability to live a more self-directed life. It has been shown to improve patient survival, increase retention in treatment, decrease substance use and more.
MENTAL HEALTH
SERVICES
Mental Health Services Patients receive individualized counseling services on a monthly basis and as need-ed/requested. We work with individuals, families, and groups of persons to support their path to recovery.
TEEN
SERVICES
This evidence-based, clinical treatment program is thoughtfully designed to support teens living with sub-stance use and co-occurring mental health disorders.
WELLNESS &
COMMUNITY SERVICES
No one exists in a vacuum; medical issues, financial problems, spiritual concerns, and social isolation can all impact a person’s ability to live a balanced and fulfilling life.
NOTICE TO PATIENTS:
Root Center accepts most insurance plans including Medicaid and Medicare. Root Center serves all patients regardless of ability to pay. Discounts for essential services are offered per our sliding fee schedule based on family size and income. This sliding fee schedule can be used in conjunction with your insurance to help with high copays and deductibles. For more information, please ask a member of our team or visit our website.
