Root Center Branford

The Root Center is proud to now offer mental health and addiction treatment services in New Haven County at the Stony Creek Medical Center.

This is Root’s first clinic in New Haven County and will treat both adolescents and adults seeking behavioral healthcare. We are conveniently located in a medical office building with other medical providers such as primary care physicians, pediatrics, and more.

Our new Branford clinic is focused on the whole person, delivering comprehensive and compassionate mental health and substance use treatment. We utilize evidenced-based approaches in order to support you on your path to well-being. To achieve this, we offer many services to meet your needs that include group, individual and family treatment. For some, we also utilize medication assisted treatment, including Buprenorphine, Naltrexone, and other leading options. We offer same or next day assessments to accommodate your needs in a quick and urgent manner. At your disposal are highly trained and qualified addiction medicine physicians, including psychiatrists, physician assistants, advanced practicing registered nurses and clinicians. We treat both adolescents and adults at this location.
