Internship Program

Inspiring Next-Generation Professionals

The Advanced Recovery Institute sponsors a robust internship program each year to help the next generation of clinical and administrative professionals prepare for careers in behavioral and mental health. The program gives students the opportunity to have first-hand experiences in the field as well as to learn from Root’s leaders and experienced team. Our program has grown to include more than 50 participants per year and has led to many of our interns becoming full-time members of the Root team.

We are now accepting internship applications for the 2022 session.

Potential placements are included below, but other programs may also accept interns. If you are interested in an internship at Root Center, please submit your resume and cover letter to HR@rootcenter.org.
